What is self-hypnosis?

Self-hypnosis is a powerful tool you can use on your own to make progress and changes in your life, by taking yourself into a hypnotic trance rather than be guided by a hypnotherapist. This can be easily learned. Even though hypnosis is mostly known as an instrument for therapy (or entertainment unfortunately, giving it a bad name), it doesn’t need to be used necessarily to treat ‘negative’ issues. Instead, you can use self-hypnosis for your personal-development, and learn to gradually become more in charge of your own mind, thoughts and emotions, and achieve any goals you might have more easily.

I will teach you basic techniques, recommend tools for achieving your goals, give you tips on how to communicate with your subconscious mind and answer any questions you might have. In this case, there will be no need for you to share with me any personal information if you don’t want to – the session can be completely content-free.

If you’ve come for hypnotherapy to deal with particular challenges, I’m likely to teach you the basics of self-hypnosis as part of your treatment (unless you’ve come for the one session only, in which case we’d use our time differently), so that you can then take this and use it on your own to further your progress.
